In the past, public phone are often filled with people, and sometimes has to line up to make a call. Now, no more, with the mobile phone held by almost everyone, making communication with other people, regardless of distance very easily, and at a lower cost than ever before.

From this scenario, I assume that the evolution affect the ways we communicate. From my observations, many of user especially who was addicted with the new gadget, prefer using the WhatsApp
rather than make a call. Maybe the WhatsApp more user friendly and awesome features. The most important thing is ---> IT'S FREE (^_^)
